819: Sometimes diff viewer doesn't correctly split page vertically

What steps will reproduce the problem?
  1. Generate a diff.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that the web page is split vertically 50-50 to show
the two versions of the file.  A few times, I have seen Review Board create
a page where the version on the left has only 20% of the page and the
version on the right has all the rest.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Firefox 3.0.5 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
This happens rarely, but I've definitely seen it a few times in the past
couple of weeks.  I will attach a screenshot showing the problem.
