What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new review.
2. Open the review in Google Chrome.
3. Edit the description to display the following two lines:
This is a test.
Another test.
4. Hit enter at the end of the first line to create a blank line between the
two existing lines.

The 2nd line disappears. Losing focus on the description box (click
anywhere outside it) causes the text to display properly.

This sounds like it's probably some weird Google Chrome bug. Do you know what
revision of Review Board this is? Whether it's the new UI or old?

Oops, sorry. Wasn't thinking. We just updated yesterday. It's rev 1668.

Okay. Interesting.. I'll try to get a copy of Chrome installed on here when I get
time and figure it out. Nothing stands out as obvious, since it's just a textarea
with the ability to expand its height on every new line.

For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure it didn't happen in the old UI. I noticed it in
my first review request with the new UI. We'd been using the old for a few months
before that.

That's definitely good to know.

Turns out this is a known Google Chrome bug. I've been messing with this for a while
and there's no way I can find to work around it.
