764: Email wrapping breaks links

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a review board request
2. Make comments and check the email generated by those comments.
3. If the line the reference link is on is longer than 73 characters, the 
line wraps and the link is broken.  IE:
> > <http://mycompanysaddr.com//reviewboard/r/81/diff/1/?file=840#file84
> > 0line42>


What operating system are you using? What browser?
Emails are received by MS Outlook.  I'm using reviewboard rev 1497.

This is Outlook being screwy. The emails Review Board sends out have no line-breaks
in them.
