760: Columns are not the right size in an interdiff

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to that URL (it's on the internal VMware server)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The two columns should be the same size. Instead, the left column is very
narrow. The exact width changes for each file in the diff. I've only seen
this bug happen with that one particular review. 

What operating system are you using? What browser?
XP Pro x64. Tested these browsers: Firefox 2.0.0.18, IE 7, Chrome
0.4.154.29. The size of the left column is similar in FF and Chrome, but
very different in IE.

Sounds lke a duplicate of issue 730 (given that it's an interdiff and only happens
rarely, i.e. with 'added' files).
