What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable e-mail notifications.
1. Update an existing review with modified difs.
2. Publish the updates.
3. The original difs are sent out in an e-mail and a second e-mail is sent
with the old difs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The first e-mail with the old difs should not be sent.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP, reviewboard server running on Ubuntu.

Please provide any additional information below.

So.. you actually get two e-mails? I don't know how this could happen. What
revision/nightly are you using?

What patches are applied?

We've established that this is a result of our own mailing lists and not a problem
with reviewboard. We're getting a group mailing list and the review also gets a
personal copy.

 Apologies for the misdirect.
