Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Instead of leaving a comment for the author of the review to update those 
fields, it would be nice if we could.  (Also, we all work on different 
schedules - they are in Sofia we are in US it might take 12 hours or more 
for them to make the change.)  Usually I add a note, then foward the 
review request to the people I put in the comment.

While I know this has been open for a long time, as I consider this more, I really think that asking people to use the conversation features for stuff like this is the right approach. It keeps the UI cleaner and simpler, and I'm sure that if we added this, the next request would be to have a field to explain why the reviewer has been added.
