740: When email request is sent for Review , the Summary section shows 'desription' section , not the 'summary' entered.

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a review request 
2. add summary and description and submit.
3. check the email - sent .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
summary section should show the summary enterd.
But, under summary section it shows - description enterd.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Linux, mozilla.

It's intended to show both. The current design is correct. Though perhaps we want to
label the whole thing "Description" instead of "Summary." I'm not convinced it's a
bug though, but I'll leave it open for discussion.

Decided it's probably fine how it is. Going to close this out. We have much bigger
