What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
http://reviewboard:8080/admin/settings/general/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. chanage Host or any other column
2. click save
3. click setting button on top again. it refresh original one.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should update db or settings_local.py file.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
centos 5
