712: After Star-ing the outgoing review request, it appears back into inbox

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new review request & then publish it
2. Go to Out-box and re-open it
3. Click on Star mark
4. Check in-box, the same request appears in inbox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What operating system are you using? What browser?
