71: "Delete Comment" button spews a "Not Found" error on a pending comment

Steps to reproduce:
1. View a diff.
2. Click on a line to open the comment box.
3. Start typing something in the comment box.  Do not save.
4. Click the "Delete Comment" button.

Result:
The comment box shows "NOT FOUND" text at the bottom.

Expected:
Just throw away what I typed and close the comment box.

Ah, I guess it's a problem only for the very first comment.  I think it does work if
there are existing comments already (and I remember it working that way before, so I
thought it was a regression).
