What's the URL of the page containing the problem?


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new review
2. Manually send to few people
3. Check your dashboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 The new outgoing review request appears only for out-box and not in in-box


What operating system are you using? What browser?

It should only appear in your inbox if you're on the target reviewers list, either by
name or by a group that you belong to. Is this the case?
