67: Need to be able to send to an abitrary email address

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
Any, when updating, creating a review request, etc...


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Review request
2. Try to find out how to add an email address to forward the request.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should be able to add email addresses in addition to people and groups.
 Right now, we need a group or a person.  Also, some information on what
separator to use (comma) would be nice.


What operating system are you using? What browser?

I think this would be extremely useful both for integrating with existing tracking
systems and also to help make promote RB use by new users.

This sounds like a request I got from a user today - they want to be able to watch a review but not be listed as a reviewer.
