662: Submitting a second review on top of the first doesn't enable the diff between versions

Create & submit a review. Make some changes to the diff & submit the 
review again.
The diff between versions doesn't show up.
Submit the review. You will now see 1 & 2, and can do a diff between 
versions.
Create another review. Now, you'll see 1, 2 & 3 and can do diff between 
versions even though the 3rd review is still not submitted.

This is fixed in SVN. The server you're using is probably running an older rev
