661: post-review colplains at git-svn version when version is 1.6.0.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install git-svn 1.6.0
2. checkout svn repo, git-commit some changes
3. execute post-review

I get the following error:
Your installation of git-svn must be upgraded to version 1.5.4 or later
git svn --version produces the following
git-svn version 1.6.0.2 (svn 1.5.1)


Please provide any additional information below.
it seems that the problem is with the is_valid_version function at line
1103 in the post-review script.

Are you using an up to date post-review? I've got 1.6.0.2 installed and running
post-review out of my reviewboard checkout works just fine.
