638: Show the Perforce filetype for files in a changeset.

It would be very useful to show the filetype of files in a changeset. For
example, if someone is using the RCS keywords in Perforce, then the
filetype must be 'ktext'.

Bonus points for showing when the filetype changes as part of the changeset.

I'm sure someone out there cares about this feature for other revision
control systems, but I don't :)

I think that these are so rare and esoteric that if they're important, they should
just be called out in the description.
