Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I would expect all the reviewers to be e-mailed informing them that the
review has been submitted and the process is over. At the moment no e-
mails are sent so people do not know the review has finally finished.
Even though the user setting Ship It pretty much indicates that the review
is finished for them, they may want to go back and respond to other
comments or make other suggestions. Being sent this e-mail will tell them
it is over and nothing more can be done.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP 32bit, running Google Chrome
