631: Making any changes after adding caption to screenshot removes the caption

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a screenshot to a new review. Do not add a caption.
2. click the pencil icon to add a caption.
3. Change anything (except for captions on other screenshots): add a reviewer, upload a new 
screenshot.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: captions are still there
Actual: all captions vanish.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

OSX 10.4, Firefox or Safari

Screenshot captions were completely redone in the UI rewrite. Assuming this is fixed.
