I was able to reproduce this on a bigger monitor by resizing the firefox
window.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a review and publish.
2. Go to the diff viewer
3. Resize the firefox window such that when a line number is clicked to
create a comment, the pop up window barely fits in firefox.
4. Enter the comment and click save.
5. The comment is not saved. Instead, the comment window jumps around.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Comment should be saved.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
WinXP, Ffox 3

This is certainly annoying and is a bug in a third-party library we're using. I'm
hoping to find a fix before 1.0. Might involve moving over to ExtJS.

I have noticed this issue, but can work a round it by using the TAB and Enter keys to
select the button I want to hit.
