Not sure if this will be reproduced. I saw this once.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do one interation of review with comments.
2. Make changes and upload new files. Add a comment for 2nd iteration. Publish.
3. View the diff. Sometimes the bubble is missing for comments, but it
shows up in the list of all comments.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The bubble should be visible in the diff.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
WinXP, Ffox 3
