604: Add additional optional parameters to post-review

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Would be nice if there were more optional parameters for post-review when
creating a new review
like

--testing-done="I did this in order to test it."
--issue-number=12345

... and a lot more.  I agree that it would be nice if we could do a post-review with
-i or --interactive that would prompt the user for those items.

The --interactive flag would be useful but is probably a separate request. We'd need
to think about how best to do this. We'd probably want to open the user's editor and
give them a template, which we'd then need to be careful about parsing.

If someone's able to provide a patch for these, I'll definitely include them.

We've added a whole bunch of things since this was posted (including the ones
mentioned in the bug report), so closing.
