What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

Viewing a change that you've created.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Edit the summary
2. Save change. Draft alert will appear
3. Save draft.
4. Reload page.
5. Observe summary is unchanged.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see summary changed.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
