566: 'Update attached diff' link should be visible while viewing diff.

Most times when you want to update a diff/patch is when you are looking at
the diff and see an inconsistency.  Right now when this happens, the user
has to hit 'view review request' then hit the 'update...blah' link.

That one extra click is painful.  This is a web interface and there is
always some sort of lag between loading pages.  When you are looking at the
object you want to update you shouldn't have to navigate away from it.
