I'm trying to look at the review board API but I'm having trouble with the
link provided from google code.

http://demo.review-board.org/api/json/accounts/login/?username=jay&password=password

Using: Firefox 3.0

You need to use HTTP POST.

I recommend subscribing to the reviewboard mailing list and asking API questions there.
