What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Someone reviews a change with several comments on particular lines of code
2. I update the code in response to the review and update the diffs in
reviewboard.
3. I add comments to one or more parts of the review feedback.
4. I publish the updated diff and my added comments
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everyone receiving email for this review gets two email message, one for
the update of the diffs, and a second one with my added comments. It would
be a huge improvement to be able to publish the updated diff and my added
comments in one step and have reviewboard only send one email message.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
