540: Multiple issues with clean installation

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. autogen.sh && configure
2. make
3. make install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The install scripts are missing a bunch of stuff.  djblets/feedview,
djange_evolution, and reviews/error.py among others.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
