53: Submitting an empty patch causes an exception

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a file that only contains 'test'
2. Submit new patch for review with change number 1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see a lot of debug output from the exception


What operating system are you using? What browser?
