526: internal server error

I am trying to run the post-review exe file with my change number, i get an
error as pasted below

C:\Temp\reviewboard\compiled>post-review.exe 1021285
Unable to access
http://reviewboard.eng.vmware.com/api/json/reviewrequests/new/.
 The host path may be invalid
HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error


can someone tell me what may be wrong.. i am unable to get review board set
up for my reviews because of this.

Can you run post-review with --debug and attach the output here?
