Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
We often have some/many --excludes listed on the rbt command line.  When a review needs to be updated, and a new diff uploaded, it is difficult sometimes to remember the exact list of excludes entered on the original command line.  Currently, I include the command line in the review description as a reminder for me.  If the post could record the command line entered to post a review that command line could be duplicated when the review needs to be updated.  Ideally, there could be a command line switch to use the previous excludes (and maybe other options) from the original/last post.
Please provide any additional information below.
