Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Sometimes during the reviewprocess something mayor changes in the way something is done. I would like to be able to either set the shipits as stale or old or remove them entirely. So people know they have to view the review again.

Yes it is possible to create a new review. But you would also like to have the full history of why and what changes in the one review. So everyone can see those reasons etc.
