501: Unhandled Exception error when clicking on a username from the Submitters Tab

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
reviewboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in
2. click on the users tab
3. click on any user name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't know what the expected output shoudl be :) but I see an "Unhandled 
Exception" error.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
XP, IE

Please provide any additional information below.
THe account I used to log in was created a few minutes prior to trying this

Can you get some information on what the "unhandled exception" is?  The httpd logs
probably have this (you could also turn DEBUG on in the review board configuration).
