What steps will reproduce the problem?


    

  1. Go to a review request
    2. 

  2. Update the 'Summary' field to a long line of text without spaces or hyphens. The text will run off the page. Example text:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


Expected:

1. In the review request, summary text should have line breaks.

2. In the dashboard view, the title should get truncated or the text should have line breaks. All the other table column data should be visible.


What do I see:

1. In the review request, text has no line breaks and runs off the page. A horizontal scrollbar shows up, where you can scroll to see the text.

2. In the dashboard or 'All Review Request' view, the title doesn't get truncated or have line breaks. The data in other columns also get pushed out.


What operating system are you using? What browser?
