Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I went to add my first status report but it failed to save. I got no error or success message when I hit "Save". When I click save - there should be some UI notification that my requested action was completed. 

Currently - I get no feedback if my 'Save' action was completed.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu - Chrome Browser
