What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I epxected it to attempt to load the DB dump.  Instead, it errors out like this:
usage: rb-site manage /foobar/my_site loaddb

       [-h] [--version] [-v {0,1,2,3}] [--settings SETTINGS]

       [--pythonpath PYTHONPATH] [--traceback] [--no-color]

rb-site manage /foobar/my_site loaddb: error: unrecognized arguments: dumpfile.json
