What version are you running?
Whatever the current rbcommons is... I don't see an easy way to get the version number in the web UI.
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
I'm on the team "bti" so any review in that team, i.e. https://rbcommons.com/s/bti/r/*
What steps will reproduce the problem?



As User 1, create a review

As User 2, comment on the review

Wait for notification of the comment

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Notification on the review page of "new review by User 2"

Actual: Notification on the review page of "new review by User 1"
What operating system are you using? What browser?
OSX 10.14.3, Chrome 72
Please provide any additional information below.
I know whose review I'm on - I want to see who did the commenting.  Similar issue happens when there's a new reply to a comment.
