4752: Flakiness when trying to click on reviewboard comments/replies which are at the end of the page

What steps will reproduce the problem?


    

  1. post a comment on the last line of the diff

  2. Try to click the button to reply on that comment

The button should be easily clickable instead the screen flickers and makes it hard to click the desired button
