What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
https://hellosplat.com/s/beanbag/tickets/?status=all
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Go to https://hellosplat.com/s/beanbag/tickets/?status=all
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is ticket 4694,4963,4692,4691,4690,4689,4688,4687... no gaps.
Instead, there are gaps in the numbering, e.g. 4626-4678 and 4680-4689 are missing.
Looking at each of these missing numbers under their expected ticket URLs, e.g. https://hellosplat.com/s/beanbag/tickets/4689/ reveals that they are all valid tickets for a project that appears in the dropdown on the listing page, and that should appear in the "All" listing.
They are also missing in other ticket-listing URLs, e.g. "My filed tickets" links me to https://hellosplat.com/s/beanbag/tickets/?status=open&q=reporter:kyz which misses my open tickets 4683,4685 and switching to "All" takes me to https://hellosplat.com/s/beanbag/tickets/?status=all&q=reporter:kyz which misses those opened tickets and also misses closed tickets 4016,4523.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu, Firefox
Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not seeing any indications as to why Elasticsearch stopped reliably indexing things, but it clearly has.
I've restarted it and performed a reindex. The tickets have shown up, so I think we're okay for now. I'll keep an eye on it, but please let me know if you start to notice it again.
