469: Can not view interdiff before publishing the diff (Draft diff)

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a diff and publish
2. upload a new diff and view diff.
3. It says the following and I can't see the interdiff to observe what I
changed :
"Draft diff
This diff is part of your current draft. Other users will not see this diff
until you publish your draft."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can't view interdiff before publishing the draft.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
XP sp2, FF 2.0.0.13

Please provide any additional information below.
This is very important. I have no way to find out what exactly I changed
before I publish :(

"It's there, it's just we count the number of versions wrong with a draft so it
doesn't show up for the first one.  Should be a really easy fix."
