4647: The diff bar will overlay the "goes to the left file" pop up component in diff section

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?


I found this bug at dev version and I couldn't find a review request with multiple files in the current review board version. A screenshot is provided below for reproducing the problems.


What steps will reproduce the problem?


    

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox and go to Review Board 4.0 alpha 0 (dev)
    2. 

  2. Open an review request and submit at least two files
    3. 

  3. publish it
    4. 

  4. click the file section and select the non-first file
    5. 

  5. hover the mouse to the "go to left file" component
    6. 





What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


The "go to left file" component should be at the top of everything on the webpage; Currently the diff bar overlay it. (as shown in the attachment)

Ubnutu(Linux) and Mozilla Firefox
