What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
Any published review request (e.g. http://reviewboard.eng.vmware.com/r/20732/).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the hyperlink for one of the reviewer userIDs or the author's name.

What is the expected output? 
A page listing all the review requests by that user that have already been
submitted.

What do you see instead?
a 404.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
