What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure reviewboard to root under a subdirectory (reviewboard in my
case)
2. go to the "Submitters" page
3. select a user.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There are two '//' in the URL that it is trying to go to. If you manually
remove one of the slashes, it goes to the right page.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
IE7 on Windows XP
