The search bar shows All Projects / Opened / reporter:mark.falconer

The results list should show one item, 4411 (https://hellosplat.com/s/beanbag/tickets/4411/), but the results list is empty.

Trying to search on All Projects / All / reporter:mark.falconer does not list any tickets either.
