I sometimes want to view only one side of the diff. I find larger fonts more readable, but run out of screen width when viewing both sides of the diff. As a result, the text in both sides of the diff is wrapped somewhere between 40-60 columns and becomes difficult to read.


What operating system are you using? What browser?


OS X 10.11.6, Chrome

I have this issue when using two different displays: Macbook Air 13" (16:10 ratio) display, and 19" 1280x1024 (4:3 ratio).

Sounds very similar to ticket  4159

Ticket 4159 is asking for a different diff representation (that happens to use a single-column view), whereas I am asking to temporarily hide one column of the existing two-column diff.
