447: Clicking User's Name Gives 404

When I click on a user's name in the Summary box for the Diff Viewer, I get a 404 because it tries to go to the following URL: http://reviewboard-url/r/1/diff/%7B%5BSITE_ROOT%7D%7D/users/user-name Modifying the URL so that it looks like this works (shows the user's page): http://reviewboard-url/users/user-name
