Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.


Sometimes I want to refer to a particular review in a review request. I can see this also being true for change descriptions, or for statuses for the upcoming Status API.


I know that we already add anchors for these entries, but there's no easy way to get a link to one from the web UI.


We list the date that a review, change description, etc, are posted. I wonder if we could make that an anchor link to that particular entry for the review request.

Can we get this change added to 2.5.10?  My users are asking for it.

This will ship as part of 3.0. We won't be backporting to 2.5.x, as this depends on a large number of cleanups that are going into 3.0.
