430: Change description does not get updated after uploading a new diff via the web UI

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new Review request without publishing it.
2. Attach a diff created with p5 diff
3. Edit the change description and regenerate the diff
4. Upload the new diff.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect the change description and the attached diff should be updated.

Only the diff files are updated, change descriptions remain unchanged.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Win XP, Firefox 2.0.0.11

This is by design. I believe there's a ticket for adding support for re-syncing the
change description via the UI, but it's not going to happen for a while. I recommend
using post-review, which will update both the change description and diff through a
simple command line call. See the ReviewBoard wiki page on the VMware wiki for more info.
