Steps to reproduce:
1. View a diff.
2. Click on a line to add a comment.
3. Forget to close the comment box.
4. Scroll away.
5. Click on another line to try to add a new comment.
Result:
Nothing happens. There's no feedback indicating that the comment box is
already open somewhere else. You have to find the already-open comment box
first (and there's currently no easy way to do that). It might be nice if
clicking on a new line simply moved the existing comment box to the current
location (saving the previous comment if necessary).
