4: IE6 - screen of pending review requests - no blue bar

What's the URL of the page containing the problem? http://osiris.chipx86.com:8080/users/cae/ What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go there in IE6 What is the expected output? What do you see instead? No blue bar across the "cae's pending review requests" line.
This is common across all pages that (should) have the blue bar. The nifty background gradient isn't displayed properly either; it seems to feel that the background of the text areas is white.

Oops. My eyes tell me the text area things are showing as light grey, not white.
Also note that the gradient background is over the bottom of the box in IE. IE doesn't like the blue bar because it seems to not like allowing both background colors and background images to simultaneously coexist.
And that the pale salmon-ish color in the background of the review request details page is also not aligned correctly. (in IE it does not extend to the top of the box, or at least to beneath the top bar)
