3970: Can't update fields on a ticket assigned to an unclaimed profile

What steps will reproduce the problem?


    

  1. Start with an imported ticket that is assigned to a profile that hasn't been claimed.
    2. 

  2. Try to do an update that changes fields.
    3. 

  3. Click "Post an update"
    4. 





What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


The update should be posted. Instead, I see an error: This user was either not found or is not part of the project or organization.
