What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click any line to leave a comment.
2. Make a comment, and save
3. "A server error occurred" will appear at top, and comment will be gone on refresh.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Comment should be saved. Instead an error message is shown at the top of the window, and upon refresh all comments are gone.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
