What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reply to someone else's comment (on the main review tab, not on the diff
tab). I think it might need to be a reply to a comment on lines in the
diff (rather than a reply to general comments).
2. Click the Cancel button. The comment appears to be discarded...
3. Reload the page.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see no difference after reloading, but the empty comment from
step #1 shows up instead with Publish/Discard buttons.
I suspect if you skip step #3 and instead add another comment to the diff
and instead publish, it'll publish the empty comment.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Firefox 2.0.0.8 on Windows XP SP2
